Therefore, Scalvion does not guarantee specific financial results, return on ad spend (ROAS), or sales volumes. 3. Client Responsibilities To ensure the successful execution of our campaigns, the client agrees to: Provide timely access to necessary platforms (Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, Website CMS, Analytics, etc.). Ensure that their website complies with all local and international laws. Fund the advertising budget directly to the respective ad platforms (Google/Meta). Scalvion is solely responsible for the management fee, not the ad spend. 4. Intellectual Property Rights Unless otherwise stated, Scalvion and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material (strategies, custom scripts, ad copies) created during our partnership. The client retains ownership of their brand assets and website content. 5. Limitation of Liability In no event shall Scalvion, nor any of its officers, directors, and employees, be held liable for anything arising out of or in any way connected with your use of this website or our advertising services. Scalvion shall not be held liable for any indirect, consequential, or special liability arising out of or in any way related to your ad account restrictions or business performance. 6.
